  • We have a small parking lot behind the building and ample street parking on 14th Ave NE.

  • Our secure and private studio includes an editing suite with Bathroom, Kitchen and Solarium.

Terms:
  • Non-refundable deposit of 10-20% is required for new customers.
  • Some booking, at peak times, may require a non-refundable deposit of 10-20%, or full payment in advanced.
  • Prices do not include additional expenses, customer is responsible for all expenses, including damages.
  • Discounts applies to a single consecutive session only.
  • Time allocated is complete, includes setup, cleanup and session intermissions (breaks).

  • Private  "Micro" Kitchen. (Refrigerator, Oven/Stove, Microwave and Teapot).
  • a Konica-Minolta Color Laser Printer is available in the Primary Suite and accessible via wireless network.
  • There is an Icemaker that is also available in the Primary Suite.
  • Works Progress Co-Working Office is a Nice Place to get some work done, do some printing, take a call in a sound-proof callboxes, or have a meeting a private meeting rooms.

From Northbound I5:

  • Exit 171 Stay Left,

  • Turn LEFT on NE 80th Street,

  • Turn RIGHT into Alleyway,

  • Turn RIGHT into Parking Lot.
 

From Southbound I5:

  • Exit 172 Stay Left, follow to 80th Street NE,

  • After Turning LEFT (Eastbound) on NE 80th, continue Eastbound on NE 80th,

  • Proceed STRIGHT THROUGH 3 LIGHTS on NE 80th, ("Banner Way NE", then "5th Ave NE", and "Roosevelt Way NE")

  • Turn LEFT at the Alleyway just before the Light at Lake City Way NE,

  • Turn RIGHT into the Parking Lot.
